Ordering & Shipping

Thank you for your interest in OGDS! We hope you feel welcome here! 

All signs are built and hand painted in our home by Kam. No two will be identical. Each will have distinct markings, knots and weathering due to the inconsistent nature of wood. They come beautifully wrapped and include a gift tag.

Unless otherwise noted, our signs are not meant for hanging outdoors. Please do not hang indoors where extreme temperatures or evaporation generally occurs.

Pieces can be purchased here or if you're local to the ATL area, in the beautiful Pineapple Park storefront located in Woodstock, GA. Contact us for wholesale details.

Custom orders can be requested by using the contact form. Please let us know the approximate size, color, style of font {masculine or feminine} and desired text for your custom piece. Once we have those details, we'll email or call you with a quote. A $25 mock up fee may be requested for larger pieces. This fee will be deducted from the final price of your piece. An approximate lead time will be given to each customer at the time a mock up is approved. Generally, pieces are shipped 3-5 weeks after order. Rush design and build are available for an additional fee At checkout  During sales/promos, timelines are extended to 5-8 weeks

All customers requesting new/custom pieces are sent a digital mock up via email to approve before painting begins. Customers are responsible for correct spelling and design choice once the mock up has been approved. It will not be the responsibility of the Shoppe if words are misspelled after mock up approval.

Orders placed in the ATL area should be picked up at no additional charge from the 30115 zip code. If you require shipping and you live in the ATL area, please contact us first so that we can set up a shipping quote for you. Our site will default to the free pick up option automatically for ATL area customers.

We ship via UPS exclusively. Please note that if rush delivery is selected at checkout, it does not mean that your piece will ship that soon following the time of order. It simply means that once your piece is ready for shipment, we will ship via the method you chose/paid for rather than our typical UPS Ground option. We will do everything we can to accommodate rush orders if needed though and these may incur a higher fee. Please contact us before ordering if you are in need of rush delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge after pictures of the damage are received via email. Replacement lead time may be 4-6 weeks. All pieces are insured when shipped. We do not offer returns or refunds unless damage occurs during shipping.
